Eric has over 30 years of experience in the Management Consulting, Professional Services, and Human Resource fields. He has significant experience in analyzing complex business issues and designing solutions across the full range of business infrastructure, including strategy, operations, organization and systems. Eric has worked with Avalar’s sister company, Auxis, Inc., since 2002 as the Vice President of Operations.
Eric’s expertise in business management, solutions design and resource planning led to the establishment of Avalar as a “value added” staffing firm. Eric provides leadership and ensures Avalar delivers the highest value and quality resource provisioning services.
Eric focuses on supporting internal requirements, including organizational design, resource planning and utilization, staffing and recruitment, compensation planning, and professional development. He also actively participates in business development, account management and project delivery activities.
Prior to joining the company, Eric worked for Spherion and Renaissance Worldwide in the South Florida market, as well as his own consulting business based in New Jersey. Eric is an avid New York team sports fan and a published author. His book, Hostile Takeover is about the fall of a professional services company in the Enron era.
