Bill is the Senior Recruiting Manager and has worked for Auxis for six years. He truly enjoys his work and the opportunity to work with professionals on a daily basis. Whether it is helping a candidate find that perfect job, or assisting an organization in locating the people to help them meet their goals, Bill thinks of himself as a facilitator of career happiness.
Bill is a South Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. He has built a large network of friends and colleagues and is strongly connected in the local business community. With fifteen years of experience in the talent acquisition field, split evenly among Agency, Consulting and Internal Corporate recruiting departments, Bill has the advantage of being able to see things from all perspectives.
Bill’s role concentrates mainly on recruitment of permanent and contract professionals in the areas of Information Technology, Finance & Accounting and Supply Chain Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Recruiter for DHL supporting Accounting and Financial Operations, Supply Chain Solutions, Pricing and Revenue Management, among other divisions. Bill spent his prior years working for recruiting firms specializing in Engineering and Information Technology placements.
Bill enjoys his free time with his wonderful wife and hyper dog. On the weekends, you’ll find him watching college football- especially the Gators- or trying to lower his handicap on the golf course. While Bill doesn’t claim to be a skilled golfer, he possesses the excellent skill of bringing great people and great companies together.
